This Net Energy Billing Credits Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of , 2020 (the “Effective Date”) and is by and between Encore Redevelopment, LLC as a seller (the “Seller”), and Regional School Unit No. 12, a school administrative unit acting by and through its governing body, (“Buyer”). In this Agreement, Seller and Buyer are sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
