This Professional Services Agreement (Agreement) is made effective as of , 2020 (Effective Date), by and between RRM Design Group, a California corporation headquartered at 3765 South Higuera Street, San Luis Obispo, CA, 93401 (Consultant), and the City of Lompoc, a municipal corporation (City). Consultant and City are referred to herein individually as a “party” and collectively as the “parties.”
