This Agreement is made and entered into effective as of July 1, 2018 (the “Agreement”) by and between Verus Advisory, Inc., a Washington corporation, having its principal offices at 800 Fifth Avenue, Suite 3900, Seattle, WA 98104 (“Consultant”), and Imperial County Employees’ Retirement System, 940 W. Main Street, Suite 105, El Centro, CA 92243 (“ICERS”). ICERS hereby retains Consultant to provide the consulting services described below with respect to ICERS’s assets (the “Assets”) on the terms and conditions set forth below.
