THIS ADDENDUM (“Addendum”) is entered into by and between FORT BEND COUNTY, (“County”), a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas, acting herein by and through its Purchasing Agent, according to V.T.C.A. Local Government Code §262.011(d), and SHI GOVERNMENT SOLUTIONS, INC. (“SHI”), a company authorized to conduct business in the State of Texas (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “parties”).
