I, the undersigned, acknowledge that this agreement is being executed to personally guarantee the lease agreement of the above named tenant for the payment of any monetary damages suffered by the Owner, including but not limited to, actual attorney fees incurred in the enforcing of said agreement and/or this guarantee; that the undersigned is not occupying the premises and is not entitled to service of any of the statutory notices required by law to be provided occupants. I am aware that a credit report check may be requested on the above information. I understand that this Indemnitor Agreement is guaranteeing the master lease. A copy of the lease has been made available to me.
