THIS SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of March 1, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Neoscholar Education Group, a US based company (the “Company”) and Thibaut Mastrolia (the “Professor”). Company and Professor are referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
