MORGAN SECURITIES, INC. and RBC CAPITAL MARKETS, as joint lead arrangers and joint book runners (each as “Arrangers”), and each of the financial institutions initially a signatory hereto together with their assignees pursuant to Section 12.5.(d). EPR and the Subsidiary Borrowers are each referred to herein as a “Borrower” and are collectively referred to herein as the “Borrowers.”
