THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 13th day of February, 2020 by and between the Charter Township of Harrison (“Township”) whose address is 38151 L’Anse Creuse, Harrison Township, Michigan 48045 and the Huron-Clinton Metropolitan Authority ("Authority") whose address is 13000 High Ridge Drive, Brighton, Michigan 48114. In this Agreement, either the Township and/or Authority may also be referred to individually as a "Party" or jointly as "Parties.”
