By signing this agreement and using the equipment and services provided hereunder, you agree to be bound by this agreement, Nedernet’s Acceptable Use Policy and Nedernet’s Privacy Policy, as they may be amended from time to time (collectively, this “Agreement”). The most recent versions of all Nedernet policies may be found at www.nedernet.net. Capitalized terms used in this Agreement have the meanings set forth herein.
