This School Resource Officer Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the Columbia Public School District (“CPS”) and the City of Columbia, Missouri (“City”) by and through the Columbia Police Department (“CPD”), collectively referred to as the “Parties,” with the effective date to be the date of the last party to execute. This agreement will expire on June 30, 2020 unless extended, in writing, by the parties.
