Calaveras Boulevard, Milpitas, California 95035 (“City”), and ENGIE Services U.S. Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 500 12th Street, Oakland, CA 94607 (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”). City and Consultant are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties” in this Agreement.
