THIS AGREEMENT is effective on the 1st day of August, 2022, by and between the FAIRFAX COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia, hereinafter referred to as "FW", and CAPITAL BUILDING SERVICES, INC., hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor" (collectively referred to as the “parties”).
