THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into the last date it is fully executed (the “Effective Date”), by and between the County of Santa Clara, a political subdivision of the State of California (the “County”), and the San Jose Conservation Corps, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization (Tax ID: 77-0155997) with its principal place of business located at 1560 Berger Drive, San Jose, California 95112 and 2650 Senter Road, San Jose, California 95111 (“SJCC”). The County and SJCC are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and each individually, as a “Party.”
