The terms of this Attachment for Appliance Services (“Attachment”) are in addition to those of the IBM Passport Advantage Agreement set forth in Appendix S to IBM’s GSA IT Schedule Contract No. GS-35F-4984H (“Agreement”), and govern the warranty and maintenance services for IBM Appliances obtained from IBM or an authorized reseller. Notwithstanding the reference to the IBM GSA IT Schedule Contract terms, any resulting order for Appliances is deemed a separate transaction and not an order issued under the IBM GSA IT Schedule.
