The following terms (collectively, the “Agreement”) govern your use of 4me, Inc.’s cloud-based service management software solution(s) that you have subscribed to (the “Service”) provided by 4me, Inc., whose principal place of business is at 8 W. Victoria Street, Santa Barbara, California 93101, U.S.A. (below referred to as “4me” or the “Company”). From time to time throughout this Agreement, You and the Company shall be referred to each as a “party” or together the “parties.”
