This Second Amendment, effective as of , 2016 (“Effective Date”), is to that certain Agreement for Professional Services by and between the County of Sonoma (“County”), and Biggs Cardosa Associates, Inc. ( “Consultant”), dated as of August 20, 2013, (the “Original Agreement”) and supplemented and amended by the First Amendment, dated November 10, 2015 (the Original Agreement as amended by the First Amendment hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”). County and Consultant are sometimes referred to hereinafter individually as a “party” and collectively as the “parties.”
