This Agreement of Limited Partnership, made as of April 15, 2012 by and between VIDI CAPITAL ADMINISTRATION, INC. as general partner, (the “General Partner”), and such other persons as may become parties to this Agreement by executing a counterpart hereof which is countersigned by the General Partner, as limited partners (the “Limited Partners”).
