("MSF"), the entity sponsoring the training (Moto University, LLC) the owner of the training motorcycle (if not owned by the undersigned, and the owners of the premises (St. Matthias Catholic Parish) upon which training occurs, including each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, members, employees, officers, coaches, instructors, aides, and/or agents (collectively, the "Released Parties"), permitting the undersigned to participate in this Safety Education and Training Course (the "Course"), I, the undersigned Participant, agree to all of the following:
