This Agreement is an agreement between you, the legal or natural person who is being licensed to use the Software (the “Customer”), and Smart Engine International S.A., registered in Luxembourg with registration number: B 175 532 , RCS Luxembourg (“Smart Engine”). The Agreement applies to all software products you obtain from Smart Engine.
