As part of the South Carolina Opioid Settlement Allocation Agreement and upon its execution, the Parties, by and through the In re South Carolina Opioid Litigation Court, and in contemplated enabling legislation which supports the terms of this Agreement, will form the South Carolina Opioid Recovery Fund Board to manage and disburse the South Carolina Opioid Recovery Fund as set forth in this Agreement for Approved Abatement Strategies.
