This letter (“Letter”) sets forth our understanding of the terms and objectives of the engagement of Conventions, Sports & Leisure International, LLC d/b/a Legends Project Development (“CSL” or “We”) to assist the Lancaster County Board of County Commissioners (the “Client” or the “County”) in advancing the Lincoln Convention Center project to the point of conceptual planning, site selection and funding approval. This Letter also provides the nature and limitations of the services to be provided and the related fee arrangement.
