While TCIA generally makes most submissions freely available to the public, some submissions inherently contain data that put research subjects at an increased risk of reidentification even after compliance with HIPAA de-identification standards or are otherwise restricted to authorized users. Please note that a separate License Agreement is required for each Limited Access Collection (the “Dataset”) that you wish to access. This license (“License”) sets forth the terms by which UAMS will provide you, the TCIA user (“User”), with the following Dataset for research and publication:
