(“Agreement”) is entered into and effective as of the 10th day of November, 2015, by and between BEEBE DRAW FARMS AUTHORITY, a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado (the “Authority”), and ROCKY MOUNTAIN WILDLIFE SERVICES, INC., a Colorado corporation (the “Consultant”) (each a “Party” and, collectively, the “Parties”).
