This Intent to Participate sets the terms and understanding between the Instructional Technology Initiative (ITI), Information Technology Division (ITD) and schools participating in the Online Gradebook Pilot (OGP) / Learning Management System (LMS) Implementation whom will be referenced as a “Practitioner School.”
