This End-User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is the legal agreement made by and between Licensee (as the registered representative and on behalf of a single entity) ("Licensee") and Plixer LLC ("Licensor") for certain Plixer software product(s), which may include associated hardware, media, printed materials, cloud-based software and/or cloud-based or electronic documentation (together the "Software Product"). By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the Software Product, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this EULA and any applicable order for Software Product (each an "Order"). If Licensee does not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, access or use the Software Product and immediately return or destroy any copies of the Software Product upon termination of the EULA.
