This Amendment (“Amendment”), effective as of March 18, 2019, to the Body Armor Products Contract No. 46151504-NASPO-17-ACS (“Contract” or “ACS”), between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (“Department”) and Point Blank Enterprises, Inc. (“Contractor”) are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” All capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the ACS unless otherwise defined herein.
