This Agreement shall be for the of utilizing NASA's expertise and facilities to design, analyze, fabricate, and integrate flight Thermal Protection Systems (TPS) for Rocket Lab's Venus probe. Rocket Lab is currently the only known U.S. commercial entity with plans for a Venus mission in the near future, and NASA would be providing support in Thermal Protection Systems and Entry Systems modeling (aerothermal) under this collaboration.
