This Crude Oil Storage Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of the 1st day of February, 2009 (the ‘Effective Date”), by and between SEMCRUDE, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (“Operator”), and GAVILON, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Customer”).
