This Mobile Application End User License Agreement (“License Agreement”) is a binding agreement between Convey Pro, Inc. (“Convey Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“you,” “your,” or “End User”). This License Agreement governs your use of the ConveyMD Application (the “Application”), as well as all related documentation and services (collectively, the “Services”), which is made available through third- party application stores and is available for download, installation, and use on a mobile phone, or tablet device (“Mobile Device”).
