General Data Processing Annex (“GDPRA”) shall be a part of the Agreement or other written or electronic agreement between BP MONLINE and Subscriber for the purchase of the services (including associated BP MONLINE licenses and offline or mobile components) from BPMONLINE (defined as “Services”) (the “Agreement”) to reflect the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data.
