THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 10th day of January, 2007, by and between the City of Naples, Florida, a municipal corporation, (hereinafter referred to as the "OWNER") and Capri Engineering LLC, authorized to do business in the State of Florida, whose business address is 1011 Shotgun Road, Sunrise, Florida 33326 (hereinafter referred to as the "CONSULTANT").
