This agreement (together with any documents referred to in it) describes the Membership Terms of Service for membership in SOC in ge- neral, as well as for the use of the SOC Service, whether such services are available online, offline or via mobile networks. Members of the SOC Service are referred to individually as a “Member” and collectively as “Members” (“you” and “your” being interpreted accordingly). BY SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION FOR A MEMBERSHIP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE MEMBERSHIP TERMS OF SERVICE.
