This Data Protection Agreement and its annexes (“DPA”) establishes minimum data protection and cyber-security standards and related requirements and forms part of the Agreement (the “Agreement”) entered into by and between the Service Provider (as defined in the Agreement) and Cepheid (as defined in the Agreement) and shall continue in full force and effect for the duration of the Agreement. Cepheid and the Service Provider are hereinafter individually referred to as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
