purpose of this Agreement is to establish an orderly collective bargaining relationship between the Hospital, the Union representing the employees as defined by the certificate dated August which will not interfere with the successful operations of the Memorial Hospital as a public service institution intended to provide adequate hospital and clinical service to the general public.
