This Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal document that binds registered users ("User" or "Users") to certain obligations contained herein. You should read this Agreement carefully before accepting its terms. You understand and agree that Close2Me, (PTY), provides the software application services described below to Users exclusive under this Agreement. d/b/a Close2Me (referred to hereunder as "Close2Me", "we," or "us"), is a corporation registered limited liability company with offices located at 134 Albertina Sisulu Rd, Manufacta Roodepoort 1724 ("Close2Me"). By clicking the "Agree" check-box, you are acknowledging and agreeing that you are eighteen (18) years or older, that you have read and understand this Agreement, that you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement currently in effect and as updated by Close2Me from time to time.
