ENGINEERING, INC., referred to as "CONSTRUCTION MANAGER". OWNER intends to implement several major projects as part of their overall master plan which may include major renovations and/or additions to the High School stadium, Boehm Middle School, and one elementary school (the “Projects”). OWNER and CONSTRUCTION MANAGER in consideration of their mutual covenants herein agree in respect of the performance of professional engineering services by CONSTRUCTION MANAGER and the payment for those services by OWNER as set forth below.
