This Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (the Agreement) is made and shall be effective this the day of 2020, by and between , hereinafter referred to as, “Prospective Purchaser”, and MOBILITY LIFTER, LLC, hereinafter referred to as “Prospective Seller”. All terms and conditions of this agreement shall also be extended to agents of Prospective Purchaser and Prospective Buyer.
