In this Agreement, “I”, “me” and “my” refer to the individual(s), corporation(s) or party/ies who is/are the account owner(s), has/have an interest in the account(s), and consent(s) to be bounded by the terms of this Agreement. On the other hand, “you”, “your” and “USI” refer to UCPB Securities, Inc., its employees, officers and directors.
