The purpose of the grant is for the District to serve as the fiscal agent under the direction of the Chancellor's Office for state administrative operations for the NextUp Program. The grant consists of this Grant Agreement face sheet and the Grant Agreement Terms and Conditions (Exhibits A). The total amount payable for this grant shall not exceed the amount specified above as "Amount Encumbered". The term of this grant shall be from January 15, 2021 to June 30, 2021.
