This Affiliation and Program Agreement is entered into by Fort Bend County, a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas, (hereinafter “COUNTY”), on behalf of the Fort Bend County Department of Health and Human Services (“FBCHHS”) and UT Health School of Public Health which is a state-supported institution of higher education established pursuant to Sections 111.01 et. Seq. of the Texas Education Code (hereinafter “UNIVERSITY”).
