Lepidico is pleased to advise that it has signed a binding term sheet (“Term Sheet”) with Grupo Mota, owner and operator of the Alvarrões lepidolite mine, located near the city of Guarda in northeast Portugal. Lepidico will undertake near mine drilling at Alvarrões with the aim of delineating JORC Code compliant Mineral Resources as potential feed for future L-Max® processing facilities.
