MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT: ON-LINE PREPAID PURCHASEMaster Services Agreement • October 25th, 2017 • New Jersey
This agreement is between the service provider ARDVI LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (Service Provider) and the Customer making an on-line Prepaid Purchase of an ARVDI Product, Report or Service (CLIENT), and is effective as of the date of the On-Line Payment. Service Provider agrees to render services (Services) to CLIENT as described in each statement of work (SOW) related to the On-Line purchase. This agreement is superseded by any MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT signed by Service Provider and CLIENT.
