In consideration of being allowed to participate in a Kansas State University Faculty-Led Education Abroad Program (hereafter, “Program”), I hereby release Kansas State University, the State of Kansas, the Kansas Board of Regents, and all their agents, officers, and employees, (collectively, “releasees”) from all claims, demands, and causes of action of any kind, including claims for negligence, that may arise from my participation in the Program; and without limiting such release, I also agree to the following terms and conditions of participation:
