This Agreement is by and between ProActive Webs a California LLC and You or your successors, your agent or their successors, and is made effective as of the date (1) of your signature on this agreement, and/or (2) your e-mail acceptance of this agreement, whichever happens first. The Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of Your use of ProActive Webs services and software and explains ProActive Webs obligations to You and Your obligations to ProActive Webs in relation to the Services and Software You will use.
