The prices and related terms and conditions for Atlantic cod for 2021 are set out in this Schedule. The parties agree that this Schedule and the applicable Master Collective Agreement together constitute a Collective Agreement between the parties for the purposes of the Fishing Industry Collective Bargaining Act.
