This Stock Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated as of December 15, 2021 by and among Continental Casualty Company, an Illinois-domiciled property and casualty insurance company (“Buyer”), AHP Holdings, Inc., a Connecticut corporation (“Seller”), and CVS Pharmacy, Inc., a Rhode Island corporation (“Parent”) (solely for purposes of Section 6.18).
