The undersigned (the "Subscriber") hereby irrevocably subscribes for and agrees to purchase from The Alkaline Water Company Inc. (the "Issuer") that number of units of the Issuer (each, a "Unit") set out below at a price of $1.05 per Unit. Each Unit is comprised of one common share in the capital of the Issuer (each, a "Share"), one-half of one Class A common share purchase warrant (each whole Class A common share purchase warrant, a "Class A Warrant") and one-half of one Class B common share purchase warrant (each whole Class B common share purchase warrant, a "Class B Warrant").
