This Interconnection, Metering and Parallel Operation Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 20 , by Knoxville Utilities Board, a Board created and existing under and by virtue of the Charter of the City of Knoxville, Tennessee, acting for and on behalf of said City which is a municipal corporation created and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Tennessee, hereinafter referred to as “KUB”, and who is hereinafter referred to as “Participant”. KUB and Participant may be collectively referred to as “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
