This License Agreement (this "Agreement") is entered into by and between Visible Systems Corporation ("Visible") and the entity or person placing an order or accessing the Software (as defined below) ("Client"). The "Effective Date" of this Agreement is the date which is the earlier of (a) Client’s initial access to the Software through any online provisioning, registration or order process or (b) the date on which Client accepted this Agreement by clicking an "l accept" or similar button on Visible's website. Each party expressly agrees that this Agreement is legally binding.
