Nova USA Wood Products LLC, “Warrantor”, warrants that our highly durable exterior decking and siding (“Products”), limited to Ipe (Tabebuia spp.), Cumaru (Dipterix spp), Batu / Red Balau (Shorea guiso), Bangkirai (Shorea laevis), and Torem (Manilkara spp) when graded as First Clears or Select & Better Sap-free, are naturally durable woods which will not suffer structural damage due to rot, decay or termites for a period of at least 25 years from the date of consumer purchase from an authorized Nova USA Wood Products LLC dealer.
